  • The primary outcome of this phase is to develop a strategic recommendation of options to meet your objectives

  • In this phase we collaborate closely with you to design and develop your campaign. Some of the specific activities and deliverables include:
    • Statements of Work (SOW)
    • Project Plan with scope, timelines and iterative artifacts for your review
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • We ensure that our strategy works with your business, not the other way around.
  • The primary outcome of this phase is to develop a collaborative, comprehensive Digital Marketing campaign strategy.

  • In this phase we work with our teams on implementing the agreed upon campaign according to the project plans. Some of the deliverables in this phase could include:
    • Weekly status reports
    • Review meetings to keep you updated and aligned early
    • Tweaking the campaign as needed based on feedback

  • Once you are satisfied with the campaign build, we pick a date and time to launch the campaign. Some of the deliverables in this phase could include:

  • Following the campaign launch, we gather feedback, analytics, and metrics for four weeks. Some of the key deliverables in this phase could include:

    • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
    • Adjust campaign strategy and implementation as needed
  • The primary outcome of this phase is to confirm the success of the campaign as evidenced by metrics and data.
